Founder & Managing Director

He has two decades worth of printing and design experience. Within his youth, he would spend time drawing. After a short stint in interior design, he wanted to utilize his creative passion to open a branding agency.

As a self-taught individual, with the creative passion and hunger for self development and growth, he has built the business from the ground up. His strong interpersonal and social skills had led him to curate a strong network amongst independent businesses and suppliers. He also has access to talent in supporting disciplines such as web development, digital marketing and software development to provide clients with holistic solutions to support their business growth.

He has built the agency capable of marketing and selling large volumes of promotional products and providing clients with high quality after-sales care for clients.

Brand Communications Consultant

Brand Communications Consultant at Hashim. Romana has ten years of experience in communications and copywriting. Prior to Hashim, Romana worked for seven years in London in the fast-growth technology and cyber security space. She provides strategiccouncil and support in PR strategies and brand positioning for clients, making sure they are linked with consumer behaviour and commercial goals.

She is passionate about telling the stories of underrepresented groups, being a Taylor Bennett Foundation alumni and an ‘Mentorpreneur’ for the Muslim tech community called Muslamic Makers.

She is the winner of the Yorkshire Asian Young Achievers awards - Media Category (2020) and was previously on the York Theatre Royal Board of Trustees.

She is now the founder of the wedding stationery and gifts business, SHAH.D which is the sister brand of Hashim.

Haroon pursued an undergraduate degree in design at Bradford University, where he studied design principles and theory. He later completed a postgraduate degree in animation, taught by industry professionals, further refining his creative expertise.

With a strong background in branding and marketing, Haroon specializes in designing and creating marketing materials, branding assets for both new and existing clients, logo and packaging design, and overseeing print production to ensure top-quality results.

His strengths lie in idea generation, attention to detail, and problem-solving, combined with a deep passion for the creative field. Technically proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, he brings both artistic vision and technical skill to his work. His strong communication skills enable him to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues, ensuring that design choices align with their vision.

Haroon has worked with a diverse range of clients, from global brands like McDonald's and Barnardo’s to local businesses such as Bradford City and Shimlas. Large Format Production Operator

Zaki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Bradford University and is currently pursuing a Master’s (MSc) in Advanced Biomedical Engineering.

With extensive experience in print finishing, Zaki specializes in preparing printed materials for final use, including cutting, folding, laminating, stapling, gluing, and packaging. He operates finishing machines, ensures that all jobs meet customer requirements, maintains equipment, and works efficiently under tight deadlines.

His key strengths include building strong relationships with traders and regular customers, working well under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines on short notice. He is highly independent and often takes the initiative to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Zaki has worked with clients across various industries, particularly in fast food, ranging from schools and colleges, local businesses and big corporations like the NHS. However, his services extend beyond any single industry, as he aims to provide high-quality solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Adil holds an HND in Software Engineering from Bradford University and currently works as a Project Manager specialising in IT SAP Project Management. With extensive experience across various project management roles, he has successfully managed projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with optimal resource allocation. His expertise spans project administration, PMO support, test management, service transition, and delivery management, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and issue resolution..

Proficient in industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SAP, and Azure DevOps, Adil is highly adaptable to different IT systems and methodologies. His ability to generate Management Information (MI) reports for trend analysis has been instrumental in monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing proactive solutions..

Having worked across industries including telecommunications, banking, utilities, retail, printing, and the public sector, Adil has collaborated with major organisations such as Xerox, Lloyds Banking Group, and Yorkshire Water.
